1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which VenSei accepts returns, issues refunds, and processes exchanges. By making a purchase, customers agree to the terms described below.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for eligible products or services purchased directly from VenSei. To qualify:

  • The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Certain items may be non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

 

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Contact VenSei’s support team at hello@vensei.co.uk with the order number and reason for return.

  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  • Ship the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a VenSei error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

 

4. Inspection and Approval
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

  • If the return is rejected (e.g., item not in original condition), the customer will be notified, and the item may be returned at their expense.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received after the processing period:

Check with the bank or credit card provider, as posting times may vary.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact VenSei within 5 days of receiving the order. Replacement items will be shipped once the original product is returned and inspected.

 

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the standard return process applies.

 

8. Non-Returnable Situations
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if:

  • The return request is made after the eligible return period.

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration not caused by VenSei.

  • The product is a non-refundable item as listed above.
