2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the order has been processed and shipped.


3. Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
VenSei offers standard, express, and international shipping options.
Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount, as indicated on the website.


4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method:

  • Domestic Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Domestic Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond VenSei’s control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

 

5. Order Tracking
Once an order ships, customers receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

 

6. Shipping Destinations
VenSei ships to most domestic and international locations. Certain regions may be excluded due to carrier restrictions or local regulations. Customers will be notified if shipping to their location is unavailable.

 

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. VenSei is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VenSei is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact VenSei within 5 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

  • Provide order details and photos (if applicable).

VenSei will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the investigation outcome.

 

10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is processed for shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
