I have been trialling the Digibar for one month and have to say that I am very impressed. Being based in Cambridge where staff changes are constant, I am always having to train the new member on how to make cocktails. The disadvantage of this is that they tend to overpour and as such are increasing my waste and decreasing my profits. The Digibar takes away all of this. It's so easy to use that I do not need to train the staff as the machine does it all for them. I love the videos and how they show the user how to finish a cocktail. The mechanical control means no over pouring meaning stock is not being wasted and consistency in taste. I have also seen an increase in cocktails being ordered from my regulars in the last 2 weeks of using the machine, many of whom are curious how the machine works. The Digibar is a must have for anyone looking to either increase their profits, introduce a new product without all of the hassle of training or simply decrease waiting time for customers during busy periods. An excellent addition to our business can’t thank you enough for all your support.
